- Our Music program is an important part of our worship service, featuring our Choir, our Chimes Choir and special music provided by talented Hopers and friends. If you sing or play an instrument and would like to participate in our worship service, we welcome you. Our rehearsals are on Sunday morning at 9am. Call us at 630-668-7750 or fill out the form below.
- Hope celebrates Communion once a month. Sometimes we gather around a table, which harkens back to Hope's beginnings in a farmhouse nestled at the top of our little hill, and other times we practice intinction by dipping the bread into the cup. Everyone who wishes to participate is welcome at Hope's Communion table.
- Prayers of the People is a long-standing tradition at Hope. During each Sunday service, anyone who has a joy or a concern is invited to stand and ask for prayers. If you would prefer a more private setting, you are invited to pray with an elder at the Christ Candle at the front of the sanctuary after the church service has concluded.
- The Arts are also an important part of our worship experience. Hope has many beautiful quilts, lovingly hand-made by Hope's members, that hang at the front of the sanctuary. Two banners were made by our sister church, La Fernanda, in Havana, Cuba. Each quilt tells a different story that celebrates a particular season in the church year.
